This software was developed by goatman, first as its own app, later did importer/exporter for blender, and finally integrated with blender.

Hardware Requirements:
. dual core 2.5+ghz

. 256 MB Graphics
. 3 button mouse . dual analog gamepad
Installing:
WindowsXP:
. install the fonts from http://www.gnu.org/software/freefont/
. install the Python SDK, see the readme file in sdk.Windows folder.
Linux:
. install the SDK, extract sdk.linux.tar.bz2 file and see readme in sdk.Linux
OSX:
. Unknown if the GTK bindings are compatible and fully supported
Basic Useage:
. connect dual analog gamepad(s) - this must be done first
. Windows users will run "pyppet.bat" in this directory
. Linux users will run "pyppet.sh" in this directory
. load a blender file
. load sound file (MS Wav)
. right click selects an object
. middle click opens device popup
( connect and link the gamepad to the selected object )
. recording defaults to recording object translation and shape animation
. save the recording as a blender file
. apply more puppeteering passes
. continue...
. ( there is no unload, so to load a new model you must exit the program )
